Because our products are made to order through Printify, each item is unique and specifically created for you. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or if you simply change your mind.
However, if you receive a damaged product or encounter a manufacturing error, Printify will offer a free replacement or refund. To start this process, reach out to Printify within 30 days of delivery using the Submit Issue form. Remember to include a clear photo of the issue for verification.
Refunds are credited to your Printify account balance. From there, you can withdraw the amount and transfer it to your original payment method. If your billing currency is not USD, Printify will refund the amount directly to the original payment source.
